The Phillies offense saved a little face with five runs in the ninth inning. Johan Rojas drove in two runs with a triple to the right field corner, and then came home when Brewers pitcher Tyler Alexander forgot to cover first on an infield single from Max Kepler. Brandon Marsh hit a two-run homer to cut the deficit to 10.

The Phillies traveled to Toronto this week searching for answers. After a strong series-opening victory over the Blue Jays, they suffered a pair of losses which has them set to return to the United States with many more questions.

"There's something obvious that we're missing when the first 11 starts are lights-out and then the next two are 20 earned runs," he said.
