Marion Holmes' family wants the police officer to be charged, saying dash-cam video shows he was driving recklessly.

A man has been killed and another is in hospital in a critical condition after a two-car crash on the A75 near Annan. Emergency services were called out to the accident involving a red Suzuki Ignis and a black Nissan Pulsar at about 13:50 on Thursday. The driver of the Suzuki - a 66-year-old man - was pronounced dead at the scene.
