A spokesperson for BBC issued a statement after comedian David Walliams reportedly made two Nazi salutes during a live show recording earlier this week.

"The atmosphere was uncomfortable and weird," said a journalist who was in the 'Would I Lie To You?' audience on Tuesday.

The British network confirmed that the segment would not be broadcast as part of the "Would I Lie to You?" holiday comedy special.
