As the La Crosse community works through the disappearance and death of Viterbo University graduate student Eliotte Heinz, officials continue to piece together events that led up to Heinz's death.

Eliotte Heinz's body was found in the Mississippi River near Brownsville, Minn., after a three-day search. La Crosse Police Department is investigating the cause of death.
