A woman has been charged in connection with an incident late last year after authorities at Orlando International Airport said they found a dead dog inside a bathroom.

The miniature schnauzer was left dead in the bathroom trash can with all of his belongings, according to Orlando investigators, while the suspect got on her flight.

Alison Agatha Lawrence, a 57-year-old Florida woman, was arrested after she reportedly drowned her own dog and discarded of the deceased pet’s body in a trash can inside the Orlando International Airport.
