The NFC West is the NFL's best division going into Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season. The Rams (11-3), Seahawks (11-3) and 49ers (10-4) all would be in the playoffs and those records suggest anything can happen in the division race over the final three weeks.

The Rams surprisingly lost to the Panthers in Week 13, which has tightened things in the NFC West. Here's a look at the odds to win the division.

The NFC West has three teams with at least nine wins. In Week 14, though, the San Francisco 49ers, idle on their bye week, lost ground. The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks each won their 10th game of the season. Meanwhile, the Arizona lost for the 10th time this season, further separting themselves from the rest of the division.

If these two things happen, the 49ers would finish 13-4 and win the NFC West over a 13-4 Rams team based on the division record tiebreaker. If the Seahawks also finish 13-4 in this scenario, the 49ers would have swept them, so they'd win any tiebreaker with Seattle. At 7-to-1 odds to win the NFC West, the 49ers feel like a steal.
