After an agonizing wait, Nintendo finally revealed more details on the Switch 2 during a Direct presentation on the morning of April 2nd. While Nintendo told us very little in the official reveal of the console in January, the company announced during the Direct that the Switch 2 would launch on June 5th and cost $449.99.

Nintendo has had one of the worst reveals of a new console in recent memory, even if ultimately, it’s more than likely the Switch 2 will be a hit. Now, Zelda drama.

We're still waiting for Nintendo to open Switch 2 preorders in the US, but in the meantime, a handful of games are available to preorder.
