The Tennessee Titans are struggling, and many fans have turned their attention to the 2026 NFL draft and the potential draft order.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - When the Tennessee Titans face the Kansas City Chiefs on December 21st, Patrick Mahomes will not be on the field.

Listed as inactive for the 49ers were wide receiver Jordan Watkins, running back Jordan James, linebacker Nick Martin, linebacker Tatum Bethune, defensive lineman Sebastian Valdez, defensive lineman Sam Okuayinonu and defensive lineman Jordan Elliott. Elliott was a late addition ot the injury report with a knee issue.

Tennessee Titans star defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons returned from San Francisco and discovered his home had been broken into during the road trip.

The Tennessee Titans and the San Francisco 49ers meet Sunday in Week 15 in Santa Clara, California, with kickoff slated for 4:25 p.m. ET.

Yet another pro-athlete burglary. In recent years, there have been a number of professionals across the NFL and NBA have their houses broken into while they are on the road for away games. Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had his home broken into while he was competing last year in 2024.

At the moment, the San Francisco 49ers hold the NFC's No. 6 seed, but they have a path to the No. 1 seed and a first-round bye.
