A man shot and killed by Dallas Police pointed his gun at officers after he fatally shot a man in a car and three others standing nearby, police say.

Toronto police say an 18-year-old male was killed in a shooting in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood early Tuesday morning, in which the accused was also shot.

Gottingen Street is closed to traffic between North and Cunard streets as investigators remain on scene.
