An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 17-month-old out of Port Orchard after officials say a man forcibly took the child from his mother. Washington State Patrol is looking for 32-year-old Andrew Gilbertson.

A 17-month-old at the center of an AMBER Alert in Port Orchard has been located. A 32-year-old father was accused of taking the child forcibly from the boy’s mother. An AMBER Alert was issued earlier this morning,

An Amber Alert issued out of Kitsap County for a 17-month-old boy has been canceled. The boy is safe. The Washington State Patrol said that on Sunday at 11:31 p.m., the suspect, Andrew Gilbertson, forcibly took the boy from his mother in the area of Overaa Road in Port Orchard.
