The LSU Tigers and new head coach Lane Kiffin have emerged as a top destination for an elite transfer portal quarterback.
The man who led the program for the last six seasons left them high and dry just a few weeks before the CFP after taking the same job with LSU. The No. 82 overall player in the 247Sports transfer rankings finished the season with 1,805 passing yards and a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 9-to-8. Murphy completed 58.1% of his passes and Oregon State finished the season 2-10.
