Construction crews were moving dirt, along the Iowa side of the Big Sioux River, Thursday, in preparation to rebuild a railroad bridge connecting North Sioux City and Sioux City.
A spokesperson told KTIV that crews are mobilizing to where the old bridge was located and they expect construction to begin in the coming days.
