Rockford Scanner operator to be arraigned after alleged threats against Mayor Tom McNamara

UPDATE: Rickie Traeger was not arraigned as scheduled Monday. Instead, Judge Phil Nicolosi revoked Traeger’s pre-trial release on his 2025 case, leaving him lodged in the Winnebago County Jail.
