A federal judge has declined to block the use of Georgia’s electronic voting system. The ruling Monday came in a long-running lawsuit that alleged the system is vulnerable to attack and has operational issues that could deprive voters of their constitutional rights.

The lawsuit originally filed in 2017 questioning the security and reliability of electronic voting machines in Georgia has been dismissed by a judge.
