Questions are being raised regarding the oversight of waterparks in Pennsylvania after the Dauphin County Coroner ruled that a 9-year-old child drowned at Hersheypark last week.

The Dauphin County Coroner’s office cited “fresh water drowning” as the cause of death for a child after an incident at Hersheypark last week.

"At just nine years old, she was full of promise, innocence, and joy — a light in the lives of all who knew her," Bhutanese Community in Harrisburg wrote.
