WASHINGTON (7News) — For more than 30 years, Eleanor Holmes Norton has been the lone voice for D.C. on Capitol Hill. She turned 88 on Friday. She's the oldest serving member of the U.S. House of Representatives. She's indicated she wants to run for a 13th term in office, but nothing has been announced officially.
