Los Angeles Lakers are naming Lon Rosen as president of business operations, the team announced via press release on Thursday morning.

Los Angeles Dodgers executive Lon Rosen, who has served as the executive president and chief marketing officer of the team, is taking on a new position with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Recently, the Lakers revealed they are parting ways with current President of Business Operations Tim Harris, who is in his final season with the team after 35 years on board.
