Another former Ohio State football player is signing with the New York Jets
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Justin Fields kicked off the Ohio State reunion in New York this offseason by signing with the Jets and now his former center is joining him. Josh Myers has reportedly signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Jets as he moves on from the Green Bay Packers.
Jets' Kene Nwangwu: Remaining in New York
Per Pelissero, the deal is worth up to $2.5 million. Nwangwu logged just one offensive snap over two games with the Jets last season, but he dazzled with a 99-yard kick return for a touchdown in Week 13. Nwangwu ended the campaign on IR due to a hand injury, but he's expected to be healthy by the start of training camp.
