A winter storm will deliver a punch of snow to millions in the Northeast after it dumps more white stuff on the snowy Midwest.

On Monday at 1:06 a.m. the NWS Pendleton OR released a winter storm watch valid from Tuesday 10 p.m. until Wednesday 10 p.m. for Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.
