The NWS Wilmington NC issued a report at 4:11 p.m. on Wednesday for strong thunderstorms until 4:45 p.m. for Robeson County.

Detroit's high temperature could reach 86 degrees on Wednesday. The mercury should reach 85 on Thursday, the NWS predicts. The city's average monthly high temperature for July is 83.7. Early Wednesday, the service issued a hazardous weather outlook for southeast Michigan, warning that heavy rainfall is the primary hazard.
