The Chiefs have reportedly reached a deal with former 49ers offensive tackle Jaylon Moore, according to ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter. Moore will join the Chiefs on a two-year, $30 million agreement, with $21.24 million fully guaranteed, sources reportedly told Schefter.
