Washington Commanders' quarterback Jayden Daniels knows that playoffs are well within reach but his team must maintain the focus in Week 17.

On Tuesday, the Falcons signed linebacker Rashaan Evans and defensive lineman Kyler Baugh to the practice squad. Evans is a veteran with plenty of starting experience and Baugh is an undrafted free agent out of Minnesota.
