The Detroit Tigers are historically bad. At least, they have been over the past 13 games entering Sunday's series finale against the Toronto Blue Jays at Comerica Park.

Throughout their losing skid, the Tigers have made MLB history in multiple categories. In the last 13 games, the Tigers are the only team in the modern era to be outscored and outhit by 50 or more. Detroit is also the only MLB team in the modern era to have fewer than 25 extra base hits and to strike out 125 or more times in a 13-game span.

Fresh off his spotty outing in the All-Star Game, reigning AL Cy Young Tarik Skubal got back on track and guided the Tigers to a win over the Rangers.
