The gas price yo-yo is down again in South Florida. In Miami and the rest of the state, the average gas price decreased about 3 cents a gallon from last week. South Florida gas prices are running 2 1/2 cents a gallon lower than a month ago and nearly 36 cents lower than a year ago.
