The jury at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial heard audio recordings in court on Friday that Combs sent to his former girlfriend, who is testifying under the pseudonym “Jane” and is one of the central witnesses for the prosecution.

Judge Subramanian said Combs was "vigorously nodding" during the cross questioning of Bryana Bongolan, a friend of Combs' ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura who accused the rapper of holding her over a balcony. Judge Arun Subramanian called his actions "absolutely unacceptable".
