Twice in two weeks, record-breaking rain forced parts of our city, and our city’s lifeline, the subway, to a standstill.

There are very few people in this world whose heartstrings are immune to a lost and lonely kitten. And honestly, I’m not sure any of us would want to meet them on a NYC subway (or anywhere else).
