Alstom has signed a €60m contract with S-Bahn Hamburg to provide onboard ETCS and ATO equipment for 82 class 490 EMUS.

CPK has awarded Austria’s Porr Group a $US 570m contract to build a 4.6km high-speed rail tunnel under the centre of the Polish city of Łódź.
