Dollar General is the next retailer to announce store closures in 2025. The company announced 96 locations would be closing in the next few weeks.

Dollar General announced in its fourth quarter earnings report last week that it will close nearly 100 stores across the country.

Dollar General on South Pearl Street in Albany is closing, joining 96 stores nationwide slated to close in early 2025.
