The U.S. National Weather Service in State College confirmed a tornado touched down in what’s referred to as the “Pennsylvania wilds” region. The NWS said they reviewed Civil Air Patrol imagery that was taken over areas impacted by damage from the severe weather that went through Pennsylvania March 16.
