A second day of heavy wildfire smoke is expected across Michigan on Thursday as plumes continue to move over the Great Lakes from fires blazing in Canada and northern Minnesota.

DC had moderate air quality levels Thursday morning, but it will likely worsen throughout the day as we head into the weekend.
