Dhaka North City Corporation Administrator Mohammad Azaz yesterday said trade licences will be revoked if any businessman operates their business by occupying footpaths.

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Administrator Mohammad Azaz has warned that businesses operating by encroaching on footpaths will have their trade licences revoked, and their shops will be sealed.

The Eid congregation will be held at 8:30am at the old trade fair grounds next to the conference centre, said DNCC CEO Abu Sayed Md Kamruzzaman. This will be followed by a colourful procession at 9am.
