Musicians like Thievery Corporation, Colin Hay, Milk Carton Kids, Iron and Wine and Laufey performed at Zach Braff's 'Garden State' benefit concert

At the concert, Braff, who turns 50 Sunday, hosted a series of singers and bands performing their songs from the “Garden State” soundtrack (see playlist below) as well as surprise guests Natalie Portman, his co-star in the film, and Asbury Park’s own Danny DeVito, an executive producer of the movie.

The Shins, Iron & Wine, Frou Frou and other early-aughts staples performed the film's Grammy-winning soundtrack. Plus, Aviator Nation dropped limited-edition merch.
