Acura's SUV Gets Recalled For The Same Issue That Made It Unsafe In 2019

To remedy this issue, Acura’s official service centers will replace the hatch lid of all affected MDX SUVs free of charge, repair the body dust sealer, and, to avoid potential damage that may already have occurred, replace the fuse connected to all five lights.

Over 152,000 Acura SUVs recalled over new issue with lights

The company is currently recalling certain Acura MDX models due to wiring issues in the lighting systems, with 152,800 affected vehicles, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The MDX SUVs that are part of the recall were sold under the 2014 through 2020 model years.
