Three more residents are suing Gabriel House, the assisted living home in Fall River, Massachusetts where 10 people died in a fire last month.

A national law firm is suing Gabriel House Assisted Living Residence in Fall River on behalf of three residents who claim they were injured in a deadly fire that killed 10 people in July.

The suit, filed Thursday in Bristol County Superior Court, accused Gabriel House of "negligence" for an extensive list of alleged problems. Safety system components such a fire panel, pump and sprinklers were not operational during the fire,
