The Mega Millions jackpot reset to $20 million for Friday’s drawing after someone hit it big, winning $344 million on Tuesday. If someone matches all six numbers on Friday night, they can choose a one-time cash payment of $9.2 million. The numbers were drawn just after 11 p.m. ET, and we have the results below.

The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday’s lottery drawing has rolled back to an estimated $20 million after someone who bought a ticket in Illinois hit Tuesday’s $349 million jackpot. The winning numbers were: 2, 9, 31, 60 and 63. The Mega Ball was 23 with a Megaplier of 5X.

New Mega Millions rules will come into play next month, the company has announced, under which the minimum jackpot value will more than double to $50 million.

Mega Millions is getting an upgrade. The changes coming soon to Mega Millions are designed to produce bigger, faster-growing jackpots, better odds and bigger non-jackpot prizes. The overhauled game starts Tuesday, April 8.

The Texas Lottery has announced that a second Mega Millions lottery ticket within the last few months has been sold in Fort Worth, this time for $5 million.
