Pam Poindexter with Indivisible Outer Cape said the purpose of the protest was to draw attention to widespread dissatisfaction with the policies and practices of the Trump administration.

A person was critically injured after a shooting "possibly associated" with a demonstration in downtown Salt Lake City, police said.
