What Days of the Week Does USNA send out Admission Decisions?
Jan 12, 2018 · It took about a week to get an email after being called by Congressman on the Appointment. Portal was updated the same time as email. Then about 1 week to get the nice hard copy Appointment Certificate with a nice photo of the Naval Academy. So after the Board makes a decision, about 2 weeks to get a nice hard copy in your hands! Aug 23, 2006 · The US Naval Academy restricts the number of applicants whose distant uncorrected visual acuity is less than 20/40 to 30% of the class (I believe this information is still in the Naval Academy catalog). They grant administrative waivers, not medical waivers for these applicants. Navy ROTC has no such vision restriction.

Now, I am in the driver's seat you could say and must choose whether to go to an academy or go to a regular college with ROTC(hopefully UVA).
