Sep 1, 2024 · Interesting how variable the Rivian experience is from one person to the next. I've had my gen 1 R1t for 2 months now and have about 1600 miles with zero problems . I'm getting the expected range but mostly non highway use so far. Love everything about it other than the customer service innaccesability and their unwillingness to respond to some of my questions. The truck itself so far is amazing.
