TRACK EVENTS. Athletes in track events must declare either online by 5:00 p.m. the day before your event or in person at least 60 minutes before the start of your event at the declaration desk near the clerk’s tent. After you declare (either in person or online), you must also check-in with the clerk 15 minutes before the start of your event.
