Glute circuits don’t make much sense to me because they’ll produce general systemic aerobic gains but not local gluteal hypertrophic gains. You could get the same cardiovascular gains doing anything similarly challenging. Methinks people would do these for the glute gains, not realizing that you wouldn’t be creating a growth stimulus.
