Ever wonder what it takes to make the SWAT Team? 🛡 Here’s a look at the physical fitness test every OCSO SWAT deputy must pass. Four rounds of the following: 400-meter run under a 20-lb. sandbag, 5 strict pull-ups, 10 hand-release push-ups and 15 unassisted sit-ups. All 4 rounds must be completed within 14 minutes and 30 seconds. Each candidate going through the SWAT selection process gets one chance.
