Jasper needs your help! This gorgeous German Shepherd has been at our shelter on and off since March 2019. He is 6-7 years old and the poor boy has hip dysplasia. The Dog Shelter is willing to pay for Jaspers surgery (thanks to our medical fund) but we need him in a home. Jasper still has pep in his step.
