I recently learned this trick: Microwave your spaghetti squash before cutting it which makes it so much easier to cut. Oh, and cut it widthwise instead of lengthwise for longer spaghetti strands! Because spaghetti squash can be a bit boring when eaten by itself, I add about 1/2 cup of coconut milk to each half, then season with salt, garlic powder, chili flakes, and turmeric. I top it all with currants and microwave it for 10 minutes to cook then done! I am definitely never roasting a spaghetti
