The 2022 Beijing #Paralympics Winter Games are afoot... Among Team China members, 7 or even 8 out of 22 global champions in winter sports China had over the years. Seven of them are coming from Qitaihe, a very small town in northeast part of China. I talked to the two-time Olympic champion in short-track speed skating, Yang Yang, who was also from Qitaihe. She said that it became a kind of a tradition for the family to send their kids to learn how to skate in her hometown. | Tian Wei at work
