Birches - Circa 1960 Norway and Birches were owned by Dwight Ludlow (Hod Ludlow’s uncle) since about 1940. It remained in the Ludlow family until 2014 when the current owner, the Kingsley family (great-great-grandson of Dwight Ludlow) sold to Paul and Kelly in the fall. Birches was built in about 1960 by the Kingsley family as they had outgrown Norway. They felt Norway was too old and outdated and only used it if they had extra guests.
