This is how we stretch canvases in my Art 3 class. I learned this in college, then fine tuned the process over the years. I love the authenticity and craft of making our own gallery wrap canvas - it takes time, but I feel it sets us up to be motivated to make better work. Recommended tools: Rapid r24 and r34 staple gun Vise grip sheet metal pliers Sturdy putty knife #stretchedcanvas #canvaspainting #highschoolart #artteacher
