This year Andrew Fowler is running 14 harvesters on his farm, called Chilwell, east of Condingup on the South East Coast. Harvest has just started and he has more than 60 people on his pay roll. Staff have come from around Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. He said people want to work at their farm because they have a good reputation that keeps people coming back. His farm is 48 thousand hectares and this year he has 37 thousand hectares of canola and wheat in the ground
